PLAIN CLASSIC WHITE LOAF

A pantry staple. Light and moist inside with a slight crunch on the crust, this loaf is extremely versatile. Serve sweet or savoury. Freeze for later use or repurpose a stale loaf by food-processing the remains and baking in the oven until golden and dry to create your own gluten-free breadcrumbs. Ingredients: Tapioca starch, rice flour, besan flour, flax seeds, psyllium husk, salt, yeast and extra virgin olive oil. Sugar free, soy free, gums free, corn free, no preservatives or nasties, no nuts and wheat free. Health benefits: Besan flour is an excellent source of protein, aids in digestion and helps to regulate blood sugar levels. Psyllium husk is high in fibre and can alleviate constipation. Flax seeds are an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids, can aid with lowering cholesterol and contain anti-inflammatory properties. Olive oil is an excellent antioxidant, is packed with polyphenols, promotes cardiovascular health and aids cognitive function.

MIXED SEEDED LOAF

An exciting loaf loaded with healthy fats, antioxidants and texture. The mixed seeded loaf is an exciting take on our classic white loaf, with light aromas and texture provided by the seeds. Ingredients: Tapioca starch, rice flour, besan flour, flax seeds, psyllium husk, salt, yeast, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, caraway seeds and fennel seeds. Sugar free, soy free, gums free, corn free, no preservatives or nasties, no nuts and wheat free. The Baker’s Chemistry take on a classic fruit loaf. With no added sugar, the sweetness of the fruit really shines and keeps this loaf moist and light with a textural delight provided by the walnuts. Delicious served toasted with ricotta, cinnamon and honey. Ingredients: Tapioca starch, rice flour, besan flour, flax seeds, psyllium husk, salt, yeast, olive oil, walnuts, figs, cranberry, chia seeds and raisins. A delicious and versatile loaf suitable to those with food sensitivities or following a FODMAP diet. With a slightly earthy flavour and a mild sweetness, the Teff Loaf is an excellent choice for both sweet and savoury dishes. Ingredients: Tapioca starch, brown rice flour, brown teff flour, salt, dark treacle, extra virgin olive oil, pro biotic cocunut yogurt, flax seeds, psyllium husk, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.
